Winning Numbers

The winning numbers provided on the Websites are for informational purposes only. The TEL may not and will not pay a prize based upon information obtained from on the Websites, winning number information lines, or any source of winning numbers other than the official draw results electronically recorded in the TEL’s central gaming system. The only basis for a valid claim is compliance, in every respect, with the official policies and procedures of the TEL and with the Tennessee Education Lottery Implementation Law (Tennessee Code Annotated Title 4, Chapter 51). In the event of an inaccuracy in the winning numbers displayed, the winning numbers on the central gaming system shall control.

What Type of Information Is Collected and How the Information is Used

For example, to create a VIP Rewards account and to be eligible to enter tickets to earn and to redeem points and to enter drawings, you must provide Personal Information including: your name; your birth date; a valid U.S. address and telephone number; a legitimate, working email address that is registered in your name; a password; and the last four numbers of your Social Security number. When you submit this information to us, you are authorizing us (and all third parties authorized by us) to use, transmit, disclose and store such information for all purposes necessary to provide the information, activities and services offered in connection with this VIP Rewards functionality of the Website. If you do not want your Personal Information collected, please do not create an account and do not submit your Personal Information to us.

We also may collect information from you automatically to assist in customizing your experience, and determining how to make our Websites more useful and accessible. For instance, we, like many websites and applications, automatically collect information including the date and time of your visit, the originating IP address, the type of browser and operating system you used, the pages and images requested, and the website you visited prior to coming to this Website. Mobile Application

As a user of the mobile application, you may be offered the opportunity to share all or some of your contacts with us in connection with our “refer-a-friend” program. If you do consent to share your contacts with us for the refer-a-friend program, you do so voluntarily. We do not store the information about your contacts other than as necessary to track participation by your referred contacts.

You also may share your location with us for the purpose of finding nearby lottery retailers. We only use this information to supply the information you requested and do not store it.
