Vendors interested in doing business with the TEL should complete the Vendor Registration Form. Registered vendors will receive email notifications of bidding opportunities.
Our primary methods for procuring goods and services are to issue Requests for Proposals (RFP) or Invitations to Bid (ITB). Click on the Policies and Procedures tab to read more about when we might use each of these procurement methods.
Most of our procurement opportunities fall into the category of “non-major.” A non-major procurement simply means that the good or service being procured is common to the ordinary operations of the company.
