$100,000 POWERBALL POWER PLAY WINNER IN MORRISTOWN

MORRISTOWN – Thanks to the Powerball Power Play option, a lucky Powerball player in Morristown turned a $50,000 win into an incredible $100,000 prize after last night’s drawing.

Here’s how it works: The winner matched four of five white balls plus the Powerball to win the base prize of $50,000. But since the player added the Power Play for an extra dollar, the prize was doubled to $100,000 because last night’s multiplier drawn was two.

The winning ticket was sold at Food City, 2290 West Andrew Johnson Hwy. in Morristown.

No additional information is available until the prize is claimed.

Congrats!
