NASHVILLE – For the second time in a row, a lucky Tennessee Cash player has won the game’s jackpot—and this time it’s someone who purchased a ticket in Bluff City. The ticket matched all six numbers drawn on Monday, Dec. 16, to win the jackpot of $200,000. The previous Tennessee Cash drawing held Friday, Dec. 13, created a $360,000 jackpot winner who purchased the ticket in Kodak.
