LUCKY POWERBALL PLAYER DOUBLES WINNINGS IN WEAKLEY COUNTY

NASHVILLE – A lucky Powerball player in Weakley County doubled their winnings to $100,000 with the $1 Power Play feature.

The winner matched four out of five white numbers and the red Powerball in Saturday night’s drawing. Because the player also chose the Power Play feature for an extra $1 and the Power Play number drawn was 2, the $50,000 prize was doubled to $100,000.

The winning ticket was sold at Little General, 1845 South Meridian St. in Greenfield.

The current estimated Powerball jackpot is $363 million, and the next drawing is Wednesday, December 30, 2020.

No additional information is available until the prizes are claimed.
