Midstate High School Football Coach Kicks Off Season as a Winner

NASHVILLE, Tenn.—A Midstate high school football coach is kicking off the season with a new set of keys in his pocket. The keys are to the new burgundy red 2019 Ford® Mustang Ecoboost Premium Convertible he won from the Tennessee Education Lottery. He won the vehicle by using “VIP Rewards® Points” to enter a VIP Drawing.

“This is the perfect time of year for a convertible,” said Michael Vaughn, a football coach at Brentwood Academy. “I’m looking forward to just taking a ride.” Michael and his wife, Joannie, picked up the new vehicle on Thursday from Ford of Murfreesboro, 1550 NW Broad Street in Murfreesboro.

Michael won the prize in a VIP Drawing using points he earned by entering eligible Lottery tickets in the “VIP Players Suite,” a free online Tennessee Lottery players club. Players can accumulate and use these points to enter drawings for prizes of cash, vehicles, popular merchandise and more.
