MULTIPLE TENNESSEE WINNERS FOR FOURTH STRAIGHT POWERBALL DRAWING

NASHVILLE – Tennessee has multiple Powerball winners for the fourth straight drawing after winning tickets were sold in Memphis and Williamson County Saturday night.

Since the Aug. 5 drawing, Powerball players in Tennessee have won $1,000,000; $250,000; $150,000 (twice); $100,000 (twice); and $50,000 (three times), including last night’s two winning tickets.

A lucky player in Memphis Saturday matched four out of five white Powerball numbers plus the red Powerball. Since the player chose the Power Play feature for an extra $1 and the Power Play number drawn was 3, the $50,000 prize was tripled to make it $150,000.

The winning ticket in Memphis was purchased at Summer BP, 2477 Summer Ave.

The lucky player in Williamson County matched four out of five white Powerball numbers plus the red Powerball to win $50,000. The winning ticket was sold at Publix, 10638 Concord Rd in Brentwood.

Powerball drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday.
