Tennessee Lottery Offers Three Holiday-Themed Instant Games

The Tennessee Lottery joins the holiday festivities with the launch of two new holiday-themed instant games, “Season’s Greetings” and “Holiday Cash.” These two new games are in addition to the already popular “Holiday Treasures,” which was released recently, and round out the Lottery’s new holiday game selection. The games will be available at Lottery retailers across the state this week.

All three holiday games are adorned with colorful holiday graphics and make perfect presents, party favors, and decorations. They also double as great gift tags for your holiday gift giving!

Holiday Treasures is a large, dark blue $10 ticket, decorated with festive symbols including candy canes, snow men, stockings, candles, and lights. Holiday Treasures offers a $250,000 top prize and up to 25 chances to win on each ticket! To play Holiday Treasures, players scratch the face of the ticket to reveal a variety of holiday-themed symbols. Get 2 like symbols in the same game and win the prize shown for that game. Get a “2X” symbol and win double the prize shown for that game. Get a “25X” symbol and win 25 times the prize shown for that game. Overall odds are 1 in 2.41.

Season’s Greetings, a green and red $2 instant ticket, is decked out in snow flakes and holiday gifts. This game offers players up to 10 chances to instantly win on each ticket, with the top prize of $25,000. Match any of “your numbers” to either of the “holiday numbers” and win the prize shown for that number. Get a “holly” symbol and instantly win DOUBLE the prize shown for that symbol. Overall odds are 1 in 3.90.

Holiday Cash, a white $1 instant ticket, features a Santa Clause cap hanging from the Lottery logo. The game offers players the opportunity to instantly win up to $500. If players get three like amounts, they win that amount. Overall odds are 1 in 4.79.

The Tennessee Lottery began selling its first instant tickets on Jan. 20, 2004. As of Oct. 15, the Lottery had transferred more than $174 million to the Tennessee Lottery for Education account, as well as more than $2 million for after-school programs. All Lottery profits will go to pay for specific education programs in Tennessee, which initially include HOPE Scholarships.
